1. Services
Wash Rinse Repeat Services LLC provides exterior cleaning services including house washing, vinyl siding cleaning, concrete surface cleaning, gutter cleaning, and other exterior cleaning services as specifically described in the customer’s estimate or service agreement. The scope of work and price are based on the conditions that are reasonably visible and known at the time the estimate is prepared.
2. Customer preparation
Before service begins, the customer is responsible for:
- Closing all windows and doors.
- Removing or securing personal belongings and items near the areas being cleaned.
- Moving vehicles and other items that may interfere with the work.
- Providing reasonable access to the areas being cleaned.
- Informing Wash Rinse Repeat Services LLC of any known leaks, damaged surfaces, loose siding, electrical issues, or other conditions that could affect the work.
Failure to properly prepare the property may result in additional time, rescheduling, or areas being excluded from the service.
3. Existing damage and property conditions
Wash Rinse Repeat Services LLC is not responsible for damage or conditions that existed before service began. Exterior surfaces can deteriorate over time because of age, weather, improper installation, previous cleaning, oxidation, neglect, or other causes. Examples may include loose or damaged siding, deteriorated caulking, cracked concrete, peeling paint, damaged gutters, loose screens, deteriorated wood, or improperly sealed areas. Reasonable care will be taken during cleaning; however, cleaning may reveal pre-existing conditions that were not visible before the work began.
4. Vinyl siding and oxidation
Older vinyl siding may have oxidation, fading, chalking, or other surface deterioration. Cleaning can sometimes make existing oxidation, fading, or uneven coloration more noticeable. Wash Rinse Repeat Services LLC does not guarantee that oxidation, discoloration, fading, or other pre-existing conditions can be completely removed or corrected.
5. Stains and cleaning results
Exterior cleaning can significantly improve the appearance of a surface; however, not every stain or discoloration can be completely removed. Rust, oil, paint, hard-water deposits, oxidation, deep biological staining, and other difficult stains may require specialized treatment or may not be completely removable. No guarantee is made that every stain, discoloration, or imperfection will be completely eliminated.
6. Plants and landscaping
Reasonable precautions will be taken to protect plants, landscaping, and surrounding property during cleaning. Customers should identify delicate plants, flowers, vegetation, or other sensitive items that require special attention before work begins. Wash Rinse Repeat Services LLC is not responsible for damage to vegetation or landscaping resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper maintenance, plant sensitivity, or conditions outside the company’s reasonable control.
7. Water and electrical access
The customer agrees to provide reasonable access to an appropriate water supply and electrical outlet when required for the agreed-upon services, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
8. Water intrusion
Wash Rinse Repeat Services LLC uses reasonable care when cleaning exterior surfaces. However, water may enter through pre-existing openings, damaged seals, deteriorated caulking, improperly installed windows, doors, vents, siding, electrical fixtures, or other defects. The company is not responsible for water intrusion resulting from pre-existing conditions or improperly sealed or damaged areas.
9. Gutters and downspouts
Gutter cleaning includes removal of reasonably accessible leaves and debris from the areas specified in the estimate. Wash Rinse Repeat Services LLC does not guarantee that gutters or downspouts will function properly if they are damaged, improperly installed, blocked underground, disconnected, deteriorated, or otherwise defective.
10. Additional work
The quoted price covers only the services specifically identified in the estimate or service agreement. Additional services or work outside the original scope will require customer approval before additional charges are incurred.
11. Weather and safety
Services may be delayed or rescheduled because of rain, lightning, high winds, freezing temperatures, unsafe conditions, equipment limitations, or other circumstances outside the company’s reasonable control. Safety of the customer, employees, property, and equipment takes priority over completing work under unsafe conditions.
12. Payment
Unless otherwise stated on the estimate or service agreement, payment is due upon completion of the work. Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit card, electronic payment, check, or other methods approved by Wash Rinse Repeat Services LLC. Any late-payment charges will be stated on the customer’s estimate, invoice, or service agreement.
13. Cancellations and rescheduling
Customers should provide reasonable notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Wash Rinse Repeat Services LLC reserves the right to charge reasonable cancellation or trip fees when applicable and when disclosed to the customer before the charge is incurred.
14. Customer inspection
The customer should inspect the completed work when reasonably possible. If the customer believes there is a problem with the completed service, the customer should contact Wash Rinse Repeat Services LLC as soon as reasonably possible so the company has an opportunity to inspect the concern and, when appropriate, correct the issue.
15. Photos and marketing
Wash Rinse Repeat Services LLC may photograph completed work for documentation purposes. Marketing use of photographs containing identifiable people, private information, or other personally identifiable material will require appropriate permission.
16. Estimates
Estimates are based on information available at the time they are prepared. Conditions that were not reasonably visible or known at the time of the estimate may require a change to the scope or price. Any significant change in price or scope will be communicated to the customer before additional work is performed.
17. Agreement
By approving an estimate, signing a service agreement, or otherwise authorizing Wash Rinse Repeat Services LLC to perform the described services, the customer acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review the applicable estimate, scope of work, pricing, and these General Terms & Conditions. The customer’s estimate or service agreement controls if it contains terms that are specific to that particular project.
